"Mac Repair Clinic literally saved me. I had a 2018 MacBook Pro that I spilled liquid on while I was finishing an important work project with a rapidly approaching deadline. I didn't have any backups of my data and my 2+ months of work on this project were on this computer. I headed off to the Apple Store the following day for their next available Genius Bar appointment only to be told it would be over $1000 to fix my laptop and that all my data would be gone as they would have to replace the logic board which contains the storage devices.... Then I found Mac Repair Clinic who told me they could absolutely help me out and to bring my machine to them for evaluation.... After assessment they told me it was indeed possible that I could get my data back. They quoted me an extremely reasonable price, and after a logic board repair and trackpad cable replacement, my laptop was back in my hands after just a few days, well in advance for my deadline. Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary, you are welcome to come by any time we are open during the week. Saturdays we are available 10-2 for pickups & dropoffs, as we’ll soon be using the location for other types of events on weekends (stay tuned)!
Where can I park?
There is parking available behind the shop, so if you don’t see street parking you can just follow the signs for The Dresden valet parking lot and either park there (free with 15 minute validation) or in the designated spot directly behind our shop.
Do you accept AppleCare?
We are an Independent repair shop with technicians who are experts in Apple & other computer repairs and data rescue, but are not affiliated with Apple directly. We cannot accept the AppleCare coverage issued by Apple, and similarly they have all oversight of iCloud questions as their proprietary offerings.
What is the process for getting a quote?
Call or text us at 323.240.7335 for a free estimate. The most accurate quote for many repairs will be when you come by to show a tech who can take a look at it in-person.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We use Square processing, which supports all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay of course.
What should I bring to my visit?
We recommend bringing along your charger for our brief review at the counter, but we do not check-in any accessories. If you are coming for data rescue, consider bringing along a new fresh recovery Destination Drive.
How long does the typical repair take?
We can complete most repairs within a day or two of dropoff, although data rescue and liquid cleanup usually do take longer.
